On a personal note... I've been a little slack posting as I've been furiously looking for a house... not to rent, but to buy! After a couple of months hard work, including a couple a deals that fell thru, finally found a great house at a great price. For those who know Brisbane, I'm moving from the city out to the bayside suburb of Wynnum. I was starting to get sick of the city... it can be a real drain after 6 years... hopefully this will be a more relaxed lifestyle for me. Only 20 or so days until we move!!
