Original Star Wars on DVD

Lucas has finally decided to appease the fans and bring out the Orignal Trilogy "unaltered" to dvd.... Frankly this just smacks of greed... seriously, Lucas has known for years that the fans don't like the "Special Editions", so why didn't he bring them out that way in the first place????? Spielberg did it with E.T. This really makes no difference to me... the "special editions" are fine by me, and it makes a more coherent whole. Least Lucas has the balls to alter his creation as he sees fit... to hell with the fans.
